Early Bird Pricing
Early Bird Pricing is available on some of our classes if a participant books and makes payment more than 21 days before the class.
From 21 days before the class onwards, Early Bird Pricing is no longer available and participants must pay full price. This includes participants who have registered but not paid prior to the 21 day cut off.
Early Bird Prices will be listed for each class, if applicable.
Confirmation of Class
You will receive a confirmation that the class is proceeding as scheduled 8 days prior to the class.
Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel your attendance at a class and receive a full refund until 15 days before the class.
If you wish to cancel your attendance at a class during the period of 15 days before the class and 8 days before the class, you will receive a partial refund of the class fee minus a Late Cancellation Fee as follows:
| For class fees of $250 and over | $150 + tax |
| For class fees of under $250 | $100 + tax |
If you wish to cancel your attendance at a class during the 8 days before the class, you are no longer entitled to any refund.
Working Professionals in the industry run our workshops and therefore there is always the unlikely chance that a workshop must be rescheduled. If this should occur every effort is made to accommodate the class participants with another suitable date or, failing that, the class fee is fully refunded.
Moving your Registration
If you find you are no longer able to attend a class on the given date and wish to move your registration to another class on another date, you can do so without penalty until 15 days before the class.
If you wish to move your registration after this point, you will need to pay a Late Rebooking Fee as follows:
| For class fees of $250 and over | $150 + tax |
| For class fees of under $250 | $100 + tax |
Session Audio
Any session audio recorded during the classes is for work-out purposes only and is not intended for use in a demo reel.
After the class, we will send each participant a feedback form, and any applicable session audio will be released when we have received the completed feedback form.
We may post each participant’s best take on our website for a period of 1 year, with only the participant’s first name to identify the clip. If anyone contacts us in response to a participant’s audio, we will contact that participant for explicit permission to pass along any contact information.
Scripts
Use of VoiceSpot scripts outside of VoiceSpot workshops is prohibited.
Use of Personal Data
VoiceSpot will only use participants’ personal contact information internally to expedite communication between administration, facilitators and participants. If we receive any requests for a participant’s contact information, we will always contact that participant for their explicit permission to pass along any such information.
